A full-time Manchester-based academic, Lindsay is an Architect who practises non-traditionally. This talk reflects on her professional journey – which traverses urban design, project management, participatory planning, facilitation, and research – and her personal quest to add value in an uncertain world.
Speaker Bio
Durban-born and -educated, Lindsay qualified in 2004 and worked locally and abroad on a wide range of projects. In 2011 an Urban Design Masters at ETH triggered a series of Architecture-adjacent roles and projects that led to a PhD and subsequently a post teaching at a top-ranked UK university
