The Barracks: Recycling Neglected Buildings in the City, the tears and the joys.
How do you give life back to a neglected central city building (and hopefully uplift the precinct) without treading on the National Heritage Site neighbour’s toes, and who pays for the privilege? The talk investigates these and other issues of recycling buildings in a heritage context.
