Requirements
- Must be proficient in ArchiCAD
- 3d modelling rendering skills would be an advantage
- Ability to take sketch details and work them up to full technical drawings
- An understanding of SANS10-400 and an ability to see local authority submissions through from submission to full approval.
- Ability to work both alone or in a team is important.
- Applicant must be able to handle various projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Ideally should be SACAP registered with 3-5years relevant experience in residential and commercial environments.
