Delys Brouckaert is the Divisional Manager – HR & Learning Solutions for the Progress One Group. She has an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and 20 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Her vast experience includes but is not limited to recruitment and selection, disciplinary matters, performance management, handling conflict, and employment equity. She has consulted to a range of clients in many different industries. Delys believes that people are the most important asset in a business, and she can positively influence people. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, developing an understanding of their business, helping resolve employee challenges, and adding value to businesses. Delys has facilitated numerous Human Resource training courses as well as learnerships. She has facilitated training for a range of different learners including young students, mature students, as well as physically disabled, and hearing-impaired students.
